We’d like to welcome back our clients and welcome new clients to our new and improved massage company, Massage-19, previously West Hollywood Massage.

Please take a look at some of the changes we have made to ensure your safety:

RE-OPENING PROTOCOLS

• Strict observance of guidelines put forth by State of California and Los Angeles County.

• For the time being we are only available to clients who live in Los Angeles and have not traveled or experienced symptoms of illness within the past 14 days. You may be asked to verify this. We appreciate your understanding.

• Your massage therapist will wear a mask the entire time they are in your home.

• Practitioners are tested weekly for COVID-19 and will not accept any appointments if they suspect they have been exposed to a person exhibiting symptoms of illness.

• In order to eliminate the possibility of cross household contamination, a single practitioner will not visit separate households back-to-back. This will allow them to return home to change clothes, change out equipment, and decontaminate before returning to work. This will increase the time needed between appointments and reduce the number of available appointments in a day. We thank you for your patience.

• The massage table is thoroughly cleaned before and after each use.

• Massage sheets are treated in high heat and sealed in plastic between appointments.

• Disposable face masks are available for our clients if needed.
